Nearly a year ago today the world lost a man pumped full of love, Nicholas Alvardo, aka Pumpkin. Now it’s time to celebrate his life by listening to some of his love sauce. If you were unfamiliar with Pumpkin, he was a part of the esteemed Pocket Underground family since 2006 as he found a new passion in the hypnotic rhythms of deep house music. He created his signature sound by incorporating his punk rock attitude and childhood nostalgia of his past, with the futuristic sounds of the present.

His sets were known for leaving the crowd with a smile plastered on their face. Sometimes he would make the crowd smile with remixes of Peter Gabriel, David Bowie and The Muppets. Whether starting the party or closing it down, Pumpkin inspired mixes are always lovingly sequenced and aim to set the perfect mood.
