Finally making their way over to the U.S. for a tour is the Netherlands based DJ duo DROELOE. To accompany the tour they have released their debut EP on the bitbird label called, A Moment In Time.
A Moment In Time features five powerful tracks with future feels.
Here is what Hein & Vincent mention about their inspiration behind creating the EP:
The EP is about small moments and little things in life. The small moments and little things that add up to make up the peaks and valleys of everything you do and everything that happens to you in your life. Each track on the EP is inspired by one of these moments from our own lives.

The first cut is called ‘Back When (1997)’ pleasantly evokes memories of childhood in the short two minutes. The track serves as a proper intro by creating a playful atmosphere, setting the tone for the rest of the EP. The second song, ‘Sunburn‘, immediately gives off a summery vibe then a deeper mood sets in as the profound lyrics are looped in.
You can feel a lot of passion being pumped through the speakers as this EP heats up.
The third track, ‘Lilypads’, begins downtempo then surprisingly blasts into a melodic drop that creates a light and airy atmosphere. The fourth single, ‘Homebound’, is a fun dance floor ready banger. Finally, ‘Just Now’, is more downtempo and builds up to end the EP on a triumphant note.
You can look forward to DROELOE telling a story through their music during their live sets as they did through this EP.
DROELOE will be tour with future bass pioneer San Holo. Along with San Holo, each night Just a Gent will also throw down a delectable set. You will not want to miss this trifecta. The first stop will be in Tallahassee, Florida on October 26th, and then they are hitting Tampa, Houston, Charlotte, Salt Lake City, followed by more stops on both the west and east coast as well as Canada.
