Catching the attention of big names within the industry is always a daunting task for up and comers. However, when your work is co-signed by a big name, the doors of opportunity open immensely.
For Slushii, the doors of opportunity have definitely opened with his remix of Kaskade’s “Disarm You,” a fantastic piece of work.
Not too much is known about Slushii. His Facebook description is in Japanese, and his follower count is below 5,000 (at the time of writing this article). Further, he has had a few other songs on his SoundCloud, but has since removed them.
His remix of Kaskade‘s “Disarm You,” caught fire recently when Jauz, Marshmello, and Ookay reposted the track on their SoundCloud pages. Upon some additional research, it seems Slushii was picked up by Moe Shalizi, who manages the artists previously mention.
Regardless, the music speaks for itself and is an excellent blend of melodies with hard hitting drums among other aspects.
