Columbus based promotional company, Prime Social Group, announces the triumphant return and expansion of Breakaway Music Festival for 2017. Today, here and now, for the first time ever Prime Social Group releases the news that Breakaway Music Festival will not only be in its home city of Columbus, but will also be hosted in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Due to popular demand Breakaway Music Festival 2017 will expand to two weekends.

Breakaway is a fast-growth event in a fast-growth market and the Columbus summer music scene will close with a strong two-day lineup over Labor Day weekend.
Last year Breakaway coalesced thanks to the Grammy award-winning headliner Chance The Rapper, the additional highly-hyped lineup including Dillion Francis and Alison Wonderland, the 20+ silent disco performers and the nearly 25,000 attendees.
The MAPFRE Stadium has accommodated the event perfectly in the years past, so it only seems appropriate for Breakaway to return to the venue as it takes on 2017.
