
How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICY
- No returns
- Except for items that are defective and not as described on website
- i.e- tears, rips, holes, stains
- All garments are inspected and photographed thoroughly before shipment for QC purposes
- Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs
- Once item is received, credit can be processed
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- For returns and exchanges, please fill out the contact form in full detail. Print out and send it along with the item(s) to the Thatdrop
- Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 3 -4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to Thatdrop.
- Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received.
